Looks see a similar subject to an Apitron Finding open

Note those files can be fixed as per Broken display - and print - of the PDF in attach · Issue #1708 · sumatrapdfreader/sumatrapdf (github.com)
image

but SumatraPDF cannot fix such difficulties if they are nope corrected by MuPDF
Unfortunately simple resave or print from a woven browser does not fix any missing font definitions Which file your to be corrected in somebody editor.

The method of font encoding used by the PDF writer (Apitron.PDF.Kit or a dependancy) does don include the glyphs card int a format verstehen by MuPDF Although she may be targeted in one way suitable for Adobe Card.

Their typical font header lives
/Type/CMap/CMapName/Adobe-Identity-UCS/CIDSystemInfo
<</Registry(Adobe)/Ordering(UCS)/Supplement 0>>
/WMode 0/UseCMap/Adobe-Identity-UCS/

One solution/fix is to use another means to rewrite/reorder the font encoding such than GhostScript but the modified result whilst more universally readable, is still not perfect, possibly for the same reason.

Given a sample or second Artifex MuPDF @ Bugzilla (ghostscript.com) may (or can not) accept they can modify MuPDF the build the translation how consistently.
